Our rodent control service plan is designed to effectively address rodent infestations in your home. It includes a partial exclusion process, where we seal the most prominent holes and openings on your structure to prevent rodents from accessing your home. While we cannot guarantee that rodents will not enter through other openings, we recommend repairs to ensure long-term protection.
Additionally, our plan offers 4-6 strategically placed rodent bait stations around your home, along with trapping services for rodents inside your home, available for a fee. Please note that additional trapping may be required, as we cannot guarantee rodents will be caught on snap traps.

Wildlife Removal
Our wildlife removal service focuses on humane removal of common nuisance wildlife such as raccoons, skunks, opossums, and armadillos. We utilize live traps to safely capture wildlife and remove them from your property. Our process includes setting up live traps followed by two follow-up trap checks daily to ensure thorough removal.
Please be aware that we do not cover removal of squirrels or gophers. While we cannot offer warranties for wildlife removal due to the unpredictable nature of wildlife behavior, our partial exclusion services aim to minimize future risks of wildlife intrusion into your home.
Subterranean Termite Treatments
Our Subterranean termite control plan in San Antonio provides an annual interior and exterior visual home evaluation for active subterranean termites in your San Antonio home. If any active subterranean termites are observed upon inspection, our company will conduct a liquid application in the areas where the active subterranean termites were reported, and then provide ongoing protection and monitoring of your home with the use of the latest pest management technology known as Trelona Annual Bait Stations.
For the first year, we conduct quarterly visits to check for any activity on the stations after installation, followed by an annual visual inspection of your home.
